CLASSES & FEES

 

At POON DOJO we teach Nei Chuan Internal Martial Art which is a system based on over 30 years of experience in Martial Arts including: Traditional Karate, Tai Chi and Kung Fu.  

 

Our classes are designed to meet the needs of children from as young as 6 to 18. Our lessons consist of the following:​

 

Effective warm up to prepare your child for the main lesson

 

Forms to equip your child with the necessary tools for self defence i.e. body management, strength, co-ordination, accuracy, structure...

 

Form work - Prearranged sequence of defences and counter attacks

 

Paired drills to apply what has been learnt

 

Pad work to develop power

 

Push hands to develop sensitivity and grappling prowess​​

Tuesdays​

6.30pm - 7.30pm (All Levels - Beginner to Advance)​​

 

7.30pm-8.30pm (By Invite Only  - Advance Level)

Fees: £7 per class or £25per month for 1 Hour Class 

(4 consecutive classes) 

​

Fees: £15.00 per class or £50.00 per month 2 Hours Class for Advance Level Only.  

 

Thursdays

6.00pm - 7.30pm (All Levels, inc. Adults & Family Groups)

Fees: £10.00 per class (Children) /£15per class (Adults) / £30.00 (Family, inc. x1 Adult & x2 children)
